The Practice Growth Partner
For practices that want the systems kept running and the schedule kept full, without hiring a marketing person or babysitting an agency. The phones stay answered, the reviews stay fresh, the overdue patients keep coming back, and you get one page of numbers a month.
The systems work. Now somebody has to run them.
You've plugged the leaks. New patients are finding you, calls are getting answered, reviews are coming in. And now every week brings something else. A one-star review at 9pm. Insurance benefits expiring in December. A hygienist leaving and a recall list nobody's touched. A competitor two blocks away running ads.
This is a second commercial brain on retainer, one that already knows your practice and answers to the schedule, not to a campaign calendar.
What's in the partnership
- Everything in the Build, kept running. Listing, text-back, booking, reminders, review asks, and tracking maintained as your software, your hours, and your team change.
- Reviews answered, every one. Good and bad, within a day, in your voice. The bad ones get handled quietly and properly, which is usually the difference between a lost patient and a loyal one.
- Monthly recall and reactivation. Overdue patients get a fresh, human campaign every month, written for your practice, not a postcard template. This is the cheapest new-patient channel you have, because they already trust you.
- Seasonal campaigns. Benefits expiring, back to school, annual physicals, whitening before the wedding season. Whatever fits your practice, planned a quarter ahead and written by me.
- Local ads, managed. Once the leaks are fixed, Google and Meta ads to the neighborhoods that matter, in accounts you own, with spend and results on the same page as everything else.
- One page of numbers. Calls, bookings, new patients, reactivated patients, reviews, and what it all cost. Monthly, in plain English, on one page.
- Async access. The "can you look at this before it goes out" channel. A new service page, a patient email, a response to a review that stung. Small moments where the practice's voice usually leaks.
How a month runs
Monthly numbers call
Thirty minutes with the one page. What moved, what stalled and why, and what the schedule needs next.
Campaigns on a calendar
Recall, reactivation, and seasonal campaigns planned a quarter ahead, so nothing is a scramble and nothing goes out without your say.
Always-on review
Reviews answered daily. Materials and messages reviewed async within an agreed turnaround, so the practice's voice never ships broken.
Quarterly plan
Every quarter we look at what worked, retire what didn't, and decide where the next quarter's patients come from.
Three-month start, then month to month. If I'm not clearly paying for myself by the end of the first quarter, you should fire me, and I'll make that easy.
Content & Social, if you want it
Social media is not where new patients come from. It's where they go to check you're real after they've found you on the map. So I don't sell it on its own, and I don't switch it on until the leaks are fixed. For Partner practices that want the feed handled, it's an add-on.
Content & Social
Eight to twelve posts a month across Google, Instagram, and Facebook, written in the practice's voice and scheduled ahead. Short videos cut from footage your team shoots on a phone. Before-and-afters with written patient consent. Google Business posts every week, because those actually affect the map. And the comments and DMs answered, because an unanswered question on Instagram is a missed call by another name.
Paid ads management
Google and Meta ads to the neighborhoods that matter are part of the Partner, not an add-on. Ad spend itself is paid by you, in accounts you own, so the results and the receipts stay yours. Most practices run well on $1,000 to $3,000 a month in spend once the leaks are plugged, and I'll tell you honestly if you shouldn't be spending at all yet.

Do we need the Patient Pipeline Build first?
Is ad spend included?
How many partner practices do you take?
Can I just hire you for social media or ads?
What's the commitment?
Bring me the schedule, not the brochure
Tell me what the next quarter looks like for the practice. Open chairs, staff changes, a new service, a competitor. That's how we'll both know if this partnership pays for itself.
